Professor Zoe Winters is an experienced, top Senior London Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Cancer Surgeon and Breast Specialist, with over 35 years of experience. Zoe specialises in 'rapid' One-Stop breast clinics for early detection of breast cancer, and the diagnosis, treatment and management of breast cancer using the latest cutting edge treatments and management strategies. Risk-adapted breast screening is part of her speciality.

Serving patients in state-of-the-art clinics at 9 Harley Street and LIPS Healthcare, Battersea Power Station, London, where a full breast cancer check is performed.

Consultant led ‘rapid’ One-Stop clinics in state-of-the-art facilities. The One-Stop clinic involves an ‘in-depth’ consultation, including imaging, diagnosis and a treatment plan.

One-Stop clinics provide a rapid method for diagnosing any breast problem or related breast concerns. The latest breast imaging is planned around individual breast tissue density, with access to 3-D tomosynthesis, expert led-ultrasound and contrast enhanced breast imaging (CEM), based on the latest evidence. Equally, imaging techniques for staging breast cancers include PET CT scans.

All results are discussed by a multidisciplinary team (MDT), alongside expert recommendations. Specialists in pathology, radiology, oncology and radiotherapy ratify treatment recommendations. Follow-up consultations work in the same way as above.

Individual breast cancer risks are assessed based on known risk factors: Previous breast biopsies; Family History: Age of first pregnancy: Duration of breast feeding: Body mass index: HRT: Endometriosis and Tubal ligation.

Preventative genetic screening is offered to all women in keeping with the latest clinical evidence.

Professor Winters advises Gene Expression Signature (GES) tests for different cancer types. These are used to inform future risks of recurrence at 10 years, and 20 years and may also predict complete cancer responses to upfront chemotherapy:
